About the Role
The Senior Accountant will support the finance department with advanced accounting functions, project financial analysis, month‑end close, and reporting. Key Responsibilities
* Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
* Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes
* Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
* Support project accounting, cost tracking, and budget analysis
* Assist with audits and compliance requirements
* Partner with engineering and project teams to provide financial insights
* Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 3-5+ years of accounting experience (engineering or construction industry a plus)
* Strong understanding of GAAP
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
* Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Salary: $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience
