Our client is looking for a Training Analyst for a long term contract.
The training analyst will play a key role in enabling the successful adoption of new systems and processes within a large program. This position supports a broader Finance Transformation Program with several high-priority enterprise IT initiatives. The analyst will design and deliver targeted training solutions aligned with business needs and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with business stakeholders to define learning requirements.
- Design and deliver customized training programs for Finance teams.
- Develop and publish online, self-paced training courses to support scalable learning.
- Create and maintain training materials reflecting the organizations tone of voice and brand standards.
- Adapt content to support ongoing operations, including onboarding and continuous learning.
- May be required to facilitate live and virtual training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Monitor and report on training attendance, escalating issues to ensure timely completion.
- Evaluate and report on training effectiveness and deliver follow-up interventions as needed.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and collaboration with localized L&D teams.
- Transition training materials to support day-to-day activities and future learning needs.
- Provide go-live support, addressing learner questions and resolving training-related issues.
Accountabilities
- Deliver high-quality, accessible training content for on-demand consumption.
- Ensure training solutions meet identified business needs and project objectives.
- Transition training materials to support long-term learning and onboarding.
- Track participation and escalate non-compliance to drive completion.
- Analyze training outcomes and implement additional learning as needed.
- Manage logistics and coordinate with the localized L&D teams for operational support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in:
- Training Material Development
- Training Needs Analysis
- Training/Role Mapping
- Workday training development, including eLearning content creation
- Experience supporting transformation or system implementation projects.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to:
- Develop scalable, on-demand training solutions
- Align learning with business and project goals
- Transition content for ongoing operational use
- Monitor and report training progress
- Assess effectiveness and deliver follow-up learning
- Coordinate logistics and stakeholder communications
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with an OCM team on large scale Change Management initiatives.
- Understanding of Finance terminology and business processes.
- Familiarity with PROSCI methodology
