Overview

A Beacon Hill Client is seeking an Interim Accounting Manager to support a mid-sized company during a maternity leave coverage.

  • Project is projected to be 6 months in length

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the audit process
  • Consolidate financials for multiple holding companies
  • Prepare quarterly management reports for the board
  • Handle traditional accounting functions, including general ledger management and staff accounting
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis, including bank reconciliations and month-end close activities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Accounting Manager role or higher
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
  • Excellent communication skills; dynamic and personable
  • Ability to interview and start as soon as possible

Work Arrangement

Hybrid schedule: 3-4 days onsite, 1-2 days remote, with potential for increased flexibility over time.
