Overview
A Beacon Hill Client is seeking an Interim Accounting Manager to support a mid-sized company during a maternity leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the audit process
- Consolidate financials for multiple holding companies
- Prepare quarterly management reports for the board
- Handle traditional accounting functions, including general ledger management and staff accounting
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis, including bank reconciliations and month-end close activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Accounting Manager role or higher
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
- Excellent communication skills; dynamic and personable
- Ability to interview and start as soon as possible
Work Arrangement
Hybrid schedule: 3-4 days onsite, 1-2 days remote, with potential for increased flexibility over time.
