A Beacon Hill client in Gloucester County, NJ, is looking for Entry-level Accounting Associates for their team. Candidates will be hired on a contract-to-hire basis, converting full-time at a salary of $50,000.
Title: Entry Level Accounting Associate
Position Summary:
- Support the corporate accounting operations team daily with month-end close functions
- Reconcile payments, bank reconciliations, post transactions, and process payments
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
- Work in a highly directed environment with clear day-to-day responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal team members in a fast-paced, informal setting
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in handling financial data and entries
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or Finance required
- Previous internship or prior experience in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Junior Accounting-related role a plus
- 0-1 years of experience desired
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
