About the Role:
A Beacon Hill client, a leading professional services company in the IT solutions space, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Candidates interested in applying should be commutable to the Princeton area two days a week onsite.
This position will be hired on a contract-to-hire basis, with a salary range of $60,000-$90,000, based on candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for multi-state employees accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll reporting and audits
- Assist with benefits administration and related payroll deductions
- Support process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies
