A Beacon Hill client in Gloucester County NJ is looking for Entry Level Accounting Associates to their team. Candidates will be hired on a contract to hire basis, converting full time at a salary of $50,000-$55,000. This is an excellent opportunity for Accounting or Finance graduates looking to launch their careers and gain hands-on experience in a corporate accounting environment.
Position Summary:
- Support the accounting team with daily accounting operations and month-end close activities
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Process payments, post financial transactions, and maintain supporting documentation
- Assist with maintaining accurate and organized financial records
- Analyze and verify financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with internal departments to support accounting and reporting functions
- Work in a structured environment with clear responsibilities and opportunities for growth
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or Finance required
- Previous internship, or prior experience in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or junior accounting related role a plus
- 0-1+ years of experience desired
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
