Entry-Level Accounting Associate

A Beacon Hill client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for Entry-Level Accounting Associates to join their team. Candidates will be hired on a contract-to-hire basis, with a pay rate of $23-$25/hour. This is an excellent opportunity for Accounting or Finance graduates looking to launch their careers and gain hands-on experience in a corporate accounting environment.

Position Summary:

• Support the accounting team with daily accounting operations and month-end close activities
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Process payments, post financial transactions, and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with maintaining accurate and organized financial records
• Analyze and verify financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal departments to support accounting and reporting functions
• Work in a structured environment with clear responsibilities and opportunities for growth
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting or Finance required
• Previous internship or prior experience in accounting or Finance is highly desirable
• 0-1+ years of experience desired
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
