Job Title: Inventory / Receiving Clerk (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory / Receiving Clerk to join our operations team. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle counts, and fulfilling production material requests.
The ideal candidate has prior inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Documentation
Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and part numbers against purchase orders and packing slips
Identify materials and apply appropriate SKU labels
Enter and maintain accurate receiving records in the inventory management system
Assign received items to the correct bin locations and assist with material movement as needed
Inventory Control
Assist with routine cycle counts and annual physical inventory
Investigate inventory discrepancies, research root causes, and support corrections
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspace
Production Support
Receive material requests from production and accurately fulfill and document each request
Ensure timely movement of materials to support production schedules and priorities
General Duties
Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures
Communicate effectively with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams in both English and Spanish
Perform additional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Inventory and/or warehouse experience required
Bilingual Spanish/English required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and match packing slips, purchase orders, and part numbers
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work full-time on-site
Strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies
