You must have industry experience in Construction, Engineering, or Professional Services – Trades.
- Record financial data daily in companies ERP and maintain tracking reports

Reconcile GL accounts, AR/AP aging, and bank statements monthly

Maintain accurate accounts receivable aging and handle collections when needed

Record cash receipts and submit monthly billings for approval via various client portals

Review AP check run reports and maintain monthly billing projections

Support with certified payroll review and project contract setup

Update weekly cash on hand reports for leadership

Participate in monthly management meetings to report on AR status and collections

Perform general filing duties and assist outside scope as needed
