Financial Analyst
We need a sharp, analytical Financial Analyst to support one of our great clients! Are you someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying trends, and helping leadership make informed business decisions? This Financial Analyst would be working on an onsite schedule in the Raleigh, NC area.
As the Financial Analyst you would be responsible for:
* Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
* Performing variance analysis and preparing financial reports for leadership
* Assisting with financial modeling and scenario analysis
* Partnering with business leaders to support strategic decision making
* Developing dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
* Assisting with month-end close and financial reporting
* Various ad hoc projects
You will partner and work alongside a respectable, dedicated group who very much enjoys working together.
To be considered for this role you would need to have:
* 3+ years of financial analysis or related experience
* BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* Strong Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis
* Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
