Senior Account Executive
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)
Compensation: OTE $140k-$200k (base + uncapped commission + bonus)
Overview
A growing professional services firm in the cybersecurity space is hiring a Senior Account Executive to focus on bringing in new clients and driving revenue growth.
This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building your own pipeline, closing new business, and helping shape the sales approach as the company continues to expand. You will have a high level of autonomy and direct access to leadership.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, running full sales cycles, and operating in a fast-moving, build-out environment.
What You’ll Be Selling
You will be selling consulting-based services that help organizations better understand and reduce cybersecurity risk. These engagements are focused on improving security strategy, strengthening systems, and protecting business operations.
This is a consultative sale focused on business outcomes, not product reselling.

What You’ll Do
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Most of your pipeline will be generated through outbound efforts like cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted account strategies.
You’ll lead discovery conversations, identify client needs, and position services in a way that ties to business impact. You’ll also manage your pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts, and prioritize high-quality opportunities.
Additionally, you’ll play a role in helping refine messaging, sales process, and go-to-market strategy as the company grows.
What They’re Looking For
- Experience closing net-new business in cybersecurity, IT services, or complex B2B environments
- Strong prospecting and discovery skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently in a build-out environment
