The Atlanta office of a national, full-service, law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their commercial litigation practice. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.
Paralegal candidates should have at least four years of experience as a billing Litigation Paralegal in a law firm and possess strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy work environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Performing legal research
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- E-filing with state and federal courts
- Calendaring and managing docket
- Preparing deposition materials and summaries
- Preparing trial notebooks and exhibits
- Assisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings
