Data Analyst

We are partnering with a growing consumer products organization seeking a Data & Quality Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and quality documentation. This role will focus on identifying trends within operational data, translating technical information into clear business insights, and reviewing documentation before it is distributed to various markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and key findings.
• Prepare reports and clearly communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
• Translate technical and scientific documentation into easy-to-understand information.
• Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for accuracy and completeness prior to distribution.
• Track and document customer complaints and related information.
• Work across multiple systems to access, review, and maintain data.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure reporting and documentation are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in Food Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Approximately 1+ year of professional experience preferred.
• Experience within CPG, food & beverage, food science, quality, or a related environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and communicate trends.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and general data/reporting tools preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, Discover, or Amplify is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
