Job Title Med Tech Sales Executive
Location: Twin Cities, MN – Travel Required
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 base + ~$76,000 variable (OTE ~$151,000, uncapped)
Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading healthcare technology company to hire Sales Executives for its growing Independent Medical Group Sales Team. This role is ideal for experienced, full-cycle sales professionals looking to sell a high-impact SaaS solution directly to physician practices.
About the Role
As a Med Tech Sales Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle and introduce innovative healthcare technology solutions to independent medical practices with 1-17 providers. This is a high-visibility role within a fast-growing sales organization where individual performance has a measurable impact on business growth.
You will build trusted relationships with physicians and practice leaders, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through a combination of self-sourced leads and internal support
- Partner with inside sales and cross-functional teams to maximize territory coverage
- Consult with physicians and practice leaders on solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and patient care
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person demonstrations tailored to early-stage and growing practices
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends and competitive offerings
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Travel
- Approximately 3 trips per quarter within your assigned territory
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including demos, negotiations, and closing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to adapt sales messaging to different buyers and situations
Preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
- Experience selling to physicians, clinics, or healthcare organizations
