Multiple well-established Metro Atlanta law firms are seeking experienced Residential Real Estate Closers for direct-hire, permanent opportunities.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of residential real estate closing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with Qualia, SoftPro, or similar closing software.
Responsibilities:
- Order title exams and review purchase agreements
- Prepare settlement statements, deeds, and title reports
- Communicate with lenders, clients, real estate agents, and other parties
- Coordinate closings from contract to completion
- Process post-closing disbursements and lender packages
