Job Title: Junior Accountant (Contract-to-Hire)

Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 annually

About the Role
We are partnering with a leading professional services company to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your accounting career within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and management on special projects.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (internship or entry-level roles accepted).
- Understanding of GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
