Our client, a growing apparel and e-commerce company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join its finance team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Coupa and an ERP system such as NetSuite, along with a strong foundation in accounts payable processes within a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have:
- Strong Coupa experience
- Accounts Payable management/leadership experience
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AP operations and payment processes
- Ensure PO compliance and approval workflows
- Manage vendor onboarding and vendor relationships
- Review payments, invoice coding, and expense reporting
- Reconcile AP and RNI/RNB accounts
- Support month-end close, accruals, and 1099 reporting
- Maintain AP policies, procedures, and SOX compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments
Preferred Background:
- Apparel, retail, e-commerce, or consumer products
- Experience improving AP processes and workflows
- Coupa Pay and Coupa Travel & Expense experience a plus
