Job Description
- Directs the operations of the Finance Department through subordinate staff
- Responsible for planning and coordinating all financial transactions and purchases
- Duties include financial forecasting and planning, budgeting and reporting, systems development, debt and cash management, central accounting, pre and post auditing, internal auditing, investment and grants management, payroll, revenue collection, risk management, pension administration, investment management, centralized purchasing and contracting and compliance auditing.
