Beacon Hill is working with a growing organization in the Bridgewater area that is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This individual will serve as a key contributor, partnering closely with senior leadership while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and driving process improvements. This is a highly visible role offering a blend of operational accounting and strategic involvement.

This individual will serve as a key contributor, partnering closely with senior leadership while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and driving process improvements. This is a highly visible role offering a blend of operational accounting and strategic involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management
- Own the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Coordinate audits and support tax compliance activities
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and strengthen internal controls
- Oversee capital-related financial activity, including project tracking and related reporting
- Manage ERP system reporting tools and dashboards to enhance financial visibility
- Partner cross-functionally to monitor performance, manage costs, and support operational initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA required
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong background in budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and confidentiality
