About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and attention to detail. The position starts as a temporary ongoing contract, with a strong likelihood of converting to a permanent role for the right person.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare, review, and track construction contracts, subcontracts, and change orders

Ensure contract compliance and maintain documentation throughout project lifecycles

Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and accounting to ensure all agreements are properly executed and billed
-
Maintain organized digital and physical files for all contract documentation

Assist with bid packages, insurance certificates, and project closeout documentation
-
Support general administrative needs for the project and operations teams
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in contracts administration, project coordination, or related role within the construction industry

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
-
Excellent communication and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Procore, CMiC, or similar project management software a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
