An excellent nonprofit and client of ours is looking for a Controller to join their team. The client is local to Hellertown, PA.
Job Description
- Oversee, analyze and direct finance and accounting operations
- Prepare and evaluate Financial statements, Income statements, Balance Sheets
- Analyze accounting processes and prepare financial reports
- Budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting for business outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 3-7+ years in senior-level finance or accounting role
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and preparation of monthly financial reports
- Long-term care, healthcare reimbursement and/or not-for-profit financial experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, spreadsheet applications, accounting and general ledger software. Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning accounting and financial administration in long-term care and non-profit.
