Contract Senior HR Business Partner – Madison, WI
Location: Madison, WI
Hire Type: 6-month contract (possibility for extension)
Start Date: December 2025
End Date: July 2026
Hours: 40 hours/week
Worksite Arrangement: Onsite 3+ days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support for technology-driven business units. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with dynamic personalities. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience, including organizational design and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Annual HR Cycle Management: Oversee performance and merit calibration, talent reviews, promotions, and market adjustments.
- Organizational Design & Change Management: Partner on reorganizations and implement change strategies.
- Strategic Partnership: Deliver Director-level and below support for job reviews, compensation consulting, and talent planning.
- Collaboration & Influence: Work with HR Centers of Excellence and coach leaders to enhance leadership development.
Preferred Experience:
- Health care or clinical background highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience handling high-volume employee relations tied to HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of HR experience, including organizational design and change management.
- Strong consulting and influencing skills.
