Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems.
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare basic financial summaries.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and paper).
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and scheduling.
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in accounting or business preferred.
- Experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
