Our client, a biotech company located in Waltham, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a 2‑month assignment to start, providing high-level administrative support in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment. This onsite role has hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and is compensating up to $45 an hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination for four senior leaders
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts through proactive calendar management
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
- Assist with POs, invoice processing, and contract management
- Process expenses and reimbursements accurately and promptly
- Order catering, office supplies, and support logistics for meetings and team events
- Support administrative initiatives and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality across all responsibilities
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
