Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month assignment starting in early December. The role is hybrid in Cambridge and the pay is $28-$32/hour depending on experience, and equipment will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities and HR programs, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure best practices.
- Schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate onboarding processes in partnership with HR Operations and Benefits.
- Manage employee and candidate data using HR systems; prepare, update, and distribute recruiting reports.
- Perform other administrative and recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of HR, recruiting, or related administrative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, work independently, and manage time effectively.
