We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing pharmaceutical start-up. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries
- Sit at the front desk to greet visitors and handle office management tasks such as ordering office supplies and working with vendors
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for board meetings, investor updates, and internal communications
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack)
- Ability to adapt quickly in a start-up environment with shifting priorities
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a high level of professionalism
