Receptionist – Contract to Hire

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join a growing organization in North Dallas. This position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity for permanent conversion based on performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of front desk or administrative experience and thrive in a fast-paced, people-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner

Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate departments

Manage the front desk area and ensure a welcoming office environment

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain conference room scheduling and ensure meeting areas are prepared

Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning

Support office staff with special projects and general office coordination
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
