Administrative Assistant
Manufacturing company in Charlotte is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Pay = $19-20/hour based on experience. Regular business hours. Temp to hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input customer orders into the system and ensure timely processing.
- Verify order details for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update records in the order management system.
- Prepare and distribute order-related reports as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to the team as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order entry, administrative support, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
