We are seeking a HR Process Automation & Compliance Senior Specialist on a contract basis to provide urgent coverage for a leave of absence. This contract role will focus on building and maintaining automated HR workflows using Microsoft Power Platform while ensuring compliance and confidentiality across processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools
- Digitize HR forms and manage end-to-end workflow processes
- Automate emails, approvals, and routing processes
- Support flexible work arrangement processes within Power Platform
- Generate reports and perform data pulls as needed
- Handle sensitive HR and compliance-related information with discretion
- Collaborative team supporting HR automation, data, and compliance initiatives
- Cross-functional team distributed across multiple U.S. locations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR Administration
- Firm understanding of US (Federal and Local) Employment Law
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms)
- Experience with light coding or scripting (e.g., Python, HTML) preferred
- Background in HR, compliance, or handling confidential data
- Experience managing HR or compliance inquiries (shared inboxes a plus)
