Contract Logistics Coordinator
Manufacturer company in Charlotte is looking for a Contract Logistics Coordinator to join their team for a project. Hours: 8:00-5:00, M-F. 22/hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview:
A global logistics team is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to support inbound Ocean/Air Import operations for Latin America. This role will focus on managing sales and transfer orders, ensuring accurate documentation across systems, and supporting inventory and bonded‑warehouse processes. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred due to frequent communication with LATAM partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track inbound sales and transfer orders from creation through completion
- Maintain accurate order documentation, quantities, and status updates across multiple systems
- Support inbound Ocean/Air Import logistics for Latin America
- Work with CBP bonded warehouse processes and ensure all requirements are met
- Perform inventory reconciliation and assist with related reporting
- Utilize SAP S4/HANA to process and monitor orders
- Work in Excel to track data, run formulas, and support reconciliations
- Communicate with internal teams and LATAM contacts to ensure smooth order flow
Qualifications:
- Experience with inbound logistics; Ocean/Air Import knowledge required
- SAP S4/HANA experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, reconciliation, tracking)
- Experience with CBP bonded warehouse processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and accurate with documentation
