Our client, a successful financial services firm, is seeking a Client Services Scheduler to permanently join their team! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for assisting others.
About You:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role (experience in hospitality is encouraged!)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Ability to work one Saturday per month
Day to Day:
- Connect with clients and assist in scheduling them for various classes, seminars, and services
- Act as a company expert to advise clients on different offerings
- Provide superior customer service to all members, treating each customer with respect, empathy, and a commitment to assistance
- Manage multiple calendars with frequently changing meetings
- Document notes from each client call to share cross-functionally with teams as needed
- Assist with various projects and support other team members as required
