Model Home Consultant / Admin Support – 20/hour
ASSIGNMENT DATES: Thursday 9/25 and Friday 9/26 from 9 AM – 6 PM
- Open and Close the Sales Center
- Must be able to answer general questions from customers and Realtors or know who to call for necessary information
- Provide customer service by greeting all visitors and dispensing information on the company, product and neighborhood in a professional manner. This includes completing a Prospect Registration Card
- Assemble collateral handouts
- Relay any messages or important information to the Sales Consultant
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Attend in-office meetings, collaborate face-to-face with co-workers, and be present and available for other office-related projects or tasks on a punctual, regular, and predictable basis
Work Environment: This job operates at property sites and in an office. Work at property sites is performed daily and typically involves standing and walking for a majority of the day. This job involves contact with the public and potential customers.
