Our client, a local community focused organization, is seeking a contract Office Assistant to assist with daily operations at their busy office! The ideal candidate is an organized administrative professional who is seekingimmediate work- and can jump right in!
About You:
- 1+ year of professional experience in an office setting
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong sense of judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
- Excellent ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and apply critical thinking skills
Day to Day:
- Assist with the opening, categorizing and organizing of all incoming mail
- Assist with the electronic filing process for a heavy volume of sensitive documents
- Ensure that paper files are scanned and stored in a timely manner with discretion
- Review, upload and scan a high volume of documentation into internal databases
This role will work onsite at the organization’s Sicklerville, NJ office. This contract is slated to last at least one month and is paying up to $21/hour depending on experience. Apply today with a Word Document version of your resume for consideration!
