Responsibilities:
– Take incoming phone calls in regards to maintenance related issues.
– Create work orders in database and dispatch personnel to resolve customer concerns.
– Ensure customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements:
– Strong customer service skills – restaurant and retail experience welcome, prior call center experience preferred
– Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly
