About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in support of a mission-driven nonprofit organization that provides job coaching and support services for individuals with disabilities. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for community coach roles at multiple levels, as well as occasional administrative and finance positions.

Create and post job advertisements, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate background checks.

Oversee onboarding and facilitate new hire orientations.

Maintain an average of 6 open requisitions at a time.

Partner closely with hiring managers, providing coaching on talent pools and market insights.

Represent the organization at job fairs and community recruiting events.

Utilize systems such as Setworks, isolved, and iHire for recruitment and HR processes.

Participate in frequent virtual meetings (via Microsoft Teams) and maintain effective communication across teams.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and requirements tied to local, state, and federal funding; support audits and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in nonprofit, social services, or healthcare settings.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers.

High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.

Familiarity with HR compliance standards and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other virtual meeting platforms; comfort with applicant tracking and HRIS systems (experience with Setworks, isolved, and iHire a plus).
