We are seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to help oversee the daily operations of a historic, Class A office property in downtown Chicago. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in maximizing property performance through strong customer service, operations oversight, and financial coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day property operations and vendor coordination
- Foster tenant satisfaction through proactive service and relationship-building
- Assist with budgeting, rent collection, reporting, and invoice processing
- Coordinate construction and capital projects alongside the Property Manager
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, safety protocols, and sustainability goals
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in commercial property management as an Assistant Property Manager
- Experience managing budgets and property financials
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
