Our client, a rapidly growing company, is seeking a experienced Recruiter to oversee the entire recruiting process. This is an exciting chance to lead the recruiting function and collaborate closely with company leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions; post openings on various platforms
Research and suggest new recruiting strategies
Source candidates for diverse roles proactively
Manage relationships with external recruiters and internal hiring managers
Schedule interviews and enhance screening processes
Conduct phone and in-person interviews
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, and check in during their initial months
Attend recruitment events and career fairs
Requirements:
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (Sales and Tech preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle a high volume of job requisitions
