Position Title: Inside Sales/Service Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Sales/Service Coordinator performs sales and service support duties through written and verbal communication, work order processing and clerical tasks.
Essential Job Functions:
Communicates essential information to and from customers to appropriate persons in verbal and/or written formats.
- Order Entry
- Purchasing – ordering new equipment and parts from vendors to fill customer orders.
- Aid sales and service team by quoting products and services.
- Composes sales and service proposals, service inspection reports, quotations, and correspondence.
- Maintains New Equipment and Parts Inventory
- Achieves and maintains good rapport with customers and prospects through skillful handling of direct and telephone communications.
- Serves as liaison between service people and branch management.
- Communicates service progress to branch manager and sales team.
- Manages service logistics, interfaces with customers, plans work schedule, schedules service calls and dispatches service people. Processes work orders.
- Scheduling service team members.
- Ability to work in fast paced/demanding environment.
