About the Job:
- Handle all aspects of the reservation process from tours to bookings.
- Coordinate contract implementation, insurance documentation, and payments.
- Cultivate partnerships and develop events sales plans to boost revenue.
- Manage venue performance, ensuring optimal utilization and client satisfaction.
- Develop an annual marketing strategy and manage the digital media presence.
- Manage the Event Specialist and perform other duties as required.
About You:
- 4+ years of event sales and marketing experience are required, or 7+ years of event planning and hospitality experience are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, iOS, and other event marketing tools.
- Customer-first attitude and highly professional.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently are required.
About the Position:
- Pays $25/hr-$31/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 4-6 months.
- Starting ASAP!
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
