Our client is seeking an onsite Medical Call Center Representative to join their Rockville, MD team and provide exceptional customer service for their family medical care plan call center. Excellent phone skills and a strong attention to detail are key in this role. If you have experience in handling incoming phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and possess a keen ability to route calls effectively, we want to hear from you!
About the Job:
- Answer and document incoming phone calls.
- Able to break down medical terminology into layman’s terms.
- Provide accurate information to callers from the website and other platforms.
- Send faxes or print documents when requested.
- Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails; Route calls to the proper destination.
- Complete additional administrative or other relevant tasks as needed.
About You:
- 1+ years of medical call center experience is required.
- Must have a knowledge of medical call center terms.
- Bilingual with English and Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
- Experience with SharePoint and tech savviness is preferred.
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
About the Position:
- Pays $23/hr
- 100% on-site in Rockville, MD during the first six months.
- Hybrid once permanent.
