Our client, a business consulting firm, is looking to bring on a temporary Facilities Coordinator to support their team for 6 weeks in Arlington, VA!
About the Job:
- Process mail, stock the mail room, and interface with related vendors.
- Assist with new hire desk set up.
- Coordinating service requests and corresponding with vendors.
- Handle conference room set up and stocking for meetings and events.
- Provide additional assistance and duties as needed.
About You:
- 1+ years’ experience of facilities/office services experience is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time.
About the Position:
- Pays $23/hr-$24/hr
- Temporary for 6 weeks.
- 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
- Metro accessible.
- Hours are 9am-5:30pm.
