Our client is looking for a long-term Events Management Temp to join their Events Team! The Events team services all offices and businesses globally at the firm. The team ensures that every conference and event demonstrates the highest level of quality, cost efficiency and control, while liaising with each business unit and host(s) as a strategic partnership. The team offers creative ideas and excellent execution while leveraging global supplier relationships and the firm’s overall purchasing power. Our client is seeking a consultant to join the team in their New York office ASAP (as soon as they can find the right candidate) for an estimated contract of 6 months. The candidate they are seeking will partner on and lead events across North America, work directly with business lines, and report directly a Senior Vice President of Events based in New York. This role is fully onsite, Monday thru Friday. The hours are 9am-5pm + OT as needed for events. Hourly pay rate is up to $50/hr DOE.
