Our client, a global hedge fund, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 8/8:30am-5:30/6pm and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support for Portfolio Managers and their team
- Coordinate conferences, roadshows, and maintain an understanding of equities
- Assist with new hires and training schedules
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate AV/catering logistics
- Track and submit expenses and organize research reports and models
- Book travel arrangements for the team (cars, flights, hotels)
- Take part in weekly team business meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5+ years of administrative experience in finance supporting teams of over three people
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organized and have great attention to detail
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $120K base depending on experience + generous paid OT + bonus
