Professional services firm in downtown Pittsburgh in search of a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team for an 18 month contract. Searching for an individual with full cycle recruiting experience in a professional services environment, ATS knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute recruiting strategies for salaried positions
– Manage all aspects of the recruiting life cycle including sourcing, candidate identification, offer negotiations, onboarding, etc.
– Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies
– Counsel management on recruiting related issues
Requirements:
– 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
– ATS or HRIS experience
– Knowledge of employment law
– Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
