Our client, a leading supply chain technology company, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across the US, shaping a world-class candidate experience and fueling company growth. This role partners closely with leadership to attract top talent ifor GTM Roles in the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, G&A, and Tech teams.
Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and hire top-tier SaaS talent while optimizing the recruitment process.
- Develop hiring strategies, leveraging data and metrics for process improvements.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build an inclusive and objective hiring process while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
- Expand the company’s presence through networking events and employer branding initiatives.
- Work with Greenhouse ATS to enhance automation and visibility in recruiting.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SaaS recruiting experience, with experience recruiting GTM roles
- Strong data-driven approach to hiring decisions.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
- A well-established network in the Chicago startup and SaaS community.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
