Our client, a leading global growth equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their team in NYC. The hours are from 8:30am – 5:30pm with overtime flexibility. The position is currently hybrid 4:1.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to optimize the executive’s time and priorities
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle calls, screen contacts, and take messages as needed
- Oversee logistical needs, including meeting room reservations and subscription management
- Assist with personal tasks, expense reports, and other administrative duties
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have professional service background, ideally out of finance
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $125K base plus overtime and bonus
