Our client, an Executive Search Firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant for their midtown Manhattan office. The position is in their office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for two US based Partners including managing complex calendars
- Liaise with candidates and clients for organizing interviews
- Provide PowerPoint support (for client proposals and presentations)
- Support other areas of the executive search process such as updating search progress Excel summaries ahead of client meetings
- Organize both domestic and international travel and collate and manage expenses
- Assist with other ad hoc office support/manager duties such as ordering supplies and liaising on basic IT trouble shooting
Qualifications:
- 6+ years plus experience as an EA in either another executive search firm or supporting a company’s recruiting function
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $120K base depending on experience
