Our client, a rehabilitation hospital, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support two C suite executives and board coordination. This full-time, onsite role requires a proactive individual with a high level of initiative and discretion in managing Board and Committee meeting preparations, executive support, and administrative tasks related to government and community affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize Board and Committee meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Board members, managing communications and relationships.
- Assist with administrative support for government and community affairs, including coordinating visits from legislators.
- Provide general office support, including scheduling, preparing materials, and handling incoming requests.
- Collaborate with executive assistants to ensure efficient office operations.
- Prepare reports, compose correspondence, and handle a variety of administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of advanced administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
