We are searching for a Customer Support Agent to join a growing team in Canonsburg! Ideal candidates have 2+ years of business to business customer service experience, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess and understand customer needs and expectations
- Respond to customer calls and emails
- Process sales orders and quotations
- Advise customers on products and follow up on service requests to ensure resolution
- Support regional vendors as needed and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate communications between customers, sales representatives, technicians, and customer service representatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B customer service experience
- The ability to speak fluent French or Spanish is a plus!
- MS Office skills
- Possess a sense of resourcefulness and urgency
- Strong technology skills
